Usage Note:
Once an alert goes off, remember to open the app to track your level! This ensures your level is up to date as well as your break timer gets restarted, otherwise the timer will repeat at a 24 hour interval instead of the defined interval.
You can disable the app with the "enable" switch, but it is STRONGLY discouraged as it will no longer remind you to take breaks.
